Please allow 1-5 days of processing before shipping for all pre made products. Pre-orders may take 1-2 weeks of processing before shipping. All products are shipped with either USPS ground advantage or UPS ground saver. Shipping typically takes 1-5 days after processing. No returns or refunds.
